I am excited to announce that I am now offering online Acne E-Visit(s)® for NEW and established patients, Dermatology E-Consultation® for established patients and an online Skin Advice Center® for all others!

Mark P. Seraly, MD is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with a particular interest in Acne, skin cancer, surgical skin cancer management, infectious skin diseases and autoimmune skin disorders.  Dr. Seraly has authored 30 medical publications and has been an invited guest lecturer 183 times in 23 U.S. states and 11 cities in 7 foreign countries.  Dr. Seraly is also an active member of the teaching faculty for the University of Pittsburgh Department of Dermatology residency program. 

The purpose of this web site is to aid your access to quality dermatological care and provide the first and only online teledermatology access for patients in need of dermatological care. 

If you are an established patient to my practice and are seeking dermatological care, you can either call my office to set an appointment or access my services online through Dermatology E-Consultation®.  Dermatology E-Consultation® and Acne E-Visit ® provide online access for management and care of skin disorders.  I generally complete all submitted cases within 24 hours of submission.  These services are available 24 / 7!  

If you are a new patient to this practice or an established patient who is looking for advice on a skin care issue, I am excited to announce that we are now offering an online SKIN advice center ®.  I will answer any of your skin care concerns and provide professional advice on skin care related issues for informational purposes only.  A minimal professional fee will be charged for this service in providing you with answers to your questions on your skin condition. This will help you better understand your skin disorder and treatment options, and importantly navigate the skin health care system.
